All orders are delivered by Swiss Post and NoTime.

Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein only.

Shipping costs

You have the choice:

Free shipping from CHF 180.00 by B Mail

A Mail CHF 7.90

B Mail CHF 5.90

Pick-up at discountlens CHF 0.00

Pick-up at Migros PickMup CHF 0.00 (minimum order value CHF 120.00)

Pick-up at railway station CHF 3.20

Express bicycle messenger CHF 7.50

For all orders regardless of value there will be a shipping charge of CHF 5.90 per order. This cost will be added into the oder total. This cost will be added on to the order value in the order summary page.

Damage in transit

Despite all due diligence, deliveries can be damaged in transit. We will of course reimburse you for any items damaged in transit. Please note that we can only give you a refund for damaged contents if you complain to us as soon as you receive the goods.
